Cooking on the road isn't quite what you expect.

I've always loved cooking. But doing it in a motorhome kitchen is a different story — barely any space, constantly moving things around, and something that should be simple suddenly feels like hard work.

After a while you either stick to the same easy meals… or you stop enjoying it altogether. That's exactly where I ended up.

So I changed how I cooked. No juggling appliances. No five pans to wash. Just something good, without the chaos.

The Thermomix TM7 became the heart of my tiny kitchen. It follows the recipe step by step, so I don't have to second-guess anything — and now it doesn't matter whether I'm parked up, on a campsite, or squeezed into the smallest galley. I can still cook a proper meal.
